End user license agreement

License

Goliv Technologies grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Goliv Technologies, only for the needs covered by the service.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, decompile, disassemble, extract source code or bypass protections of Goliv Technologies, unless expressly authorized or allowed by law.

• You must not use Goliv Technologies to harm a system, user or organization.
• You must not create a competing service from unauthorized access to data, interfaces or APIs.
• You must not remove intellectual property notices.

Updates

Goliv Technologies may provide fixes, changes or updates. Some updates may be required to continue using Goliv Technologies.

Third-party services

Goliv Technologies may rely on third-party services such as mobile platforms, maps, payment, notifications, storage, email or technical analytics tools.

Use of these services may be subject to their own terms.

Data

Use of Goliv Technologies involves certain data processing described in the privacy policy: https://golivtechnologies.com/policy/privacy.

Suspension and termination

The license may be suspended or terminated in case of breach of the EULA, terms of use, legal obligation, security risk or abusive use.

At the end of the license, you must stop using Goliv Technologies.

No absolute warranty

Goliv Technologies is provided with a goal of quality and continuity, without any guarantee of total absence of error, interruption or incompatibility with all environments.

Security commitments and responsible disclosure

Goliv Technologies uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the service. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted or error-free.

• Users must protect credentials, devices, API keys, payment credentials and access rights.
• Users must use strong and unique passwords, keep devices and applications updated, and grant access only to authorized persons.
• Suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately to support@golivtechnologies.com.

Security vulnerabilities may be reported to support@golivtechnologies.com. Reports must be made in good faith and must not involve data exfiltration, service disruption, extortion, privacy violations or unlawful access.
