Service access

Authorized use

Goliv Technologies makes best efforts to keep Goliv Technologies available, secure and functional.

Liability

Goliv Technologies is a management assistance tool. The user remains responsible for operational decisions, road rules, employer instructions and applicable legal obligations.

Goliv Technologies cannot be held liable for indirect damages, operating losses, errors from user-entered data or unavailability caused by third-party services.

Platform role and participant obligations

Where Goliv Technologies enables carriers, shippers, companies, customers or other participants to exchange quotes, messages, documents, payments or service information, Goliv Technologies acts as a technical platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

Participants remain responsible for their offers, services, legal status, licenses, insurance, tax treatment, transport obligations, customs obligations, professional authorizations and information provided to other participants.

• Participants must provide any identity, business, tax, payment, license, insurance or registration information required by law or platform policy.
• Participants must not offer, request, transport, promote or pay for unlawful, fraudulent, dangerous, sanctioned, counterfeit, stolen, restricted or prohibited goods or services.
• Participants must not bypass the platform, manipulate quotes, evade fees or compliance checks, misrepresent transaction values or process unrelated payments.
• Suspicious activity, illegal content or abusive behavior may be reported to support@golivtechnologies.com.

Goliv Technologies may remove content, restrict accounts, suspend payment workflows, preserve evidence or notify competent authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary.

Professional activity

Goliv Technologies provides software, operational management, delivery coordination, payment facilitation and digital services according to the features enabled for each account.

Consumer rights and complaints

Some provisions apply differently depending on whether the user acts as a consumer, professional, company, carrier, shipper, employee, contractor or representative of an organization. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.

Before a paid order or subscription is confirmed, the user is informed of the main characteristics, price, taxes, billing period, renewal and cancellation conditions, payment method, duration, technical requirements and applicable contractual documents.
